2026 BMW M2

This 2026 BMW M2 Coupe came to Ixexotics for a combination of paint protection and custom paint work designed to protect the vehicle’s most exposed painted surfaces while adding a personalized finish to key exterior components.

The project centered around a Full Front Paint Protection Film package using XPEL Ultimate PPF, additional protection for the roof, and color-matched customization of the brake calipers and engine cover. The result is a more protected front end while retaining the factory appearance of the BMW and adding subtle custom touches throughout the vehicle. XPEL Paint Protection Film Installation

The primary protection package covered the BMW M2’s highest-impact painted areas. XPEL Ultimate Paint Protection Film was installed on the full front bumper, hood, front fenders, trim, headlights and mirror caps. The installation also included basic removal and replacement of applicable handles, flares, trim and emblems, along with standard extended and wrapped edges where applicable.

This coverage is designed around the areas most exposed to everyday road hazards such as rock chips and road debris. Rather than simply applying film to the most obvious surfaces, the package incorporates multiple front-end components to provide a more comprehensive layer of paint protection while maintaining the appearance of the BMW’s factory finish.

The installation is backed by the 10-year XPEL manufacturer’s warranty documented on the work order. Ixexotics also includes a complimentary warranty wash and inspection approximately two weeks after delivery as part of this package.

A separate PPF installation was also completed on the roof, extending the vehicle’s paint protection beyond the standard front-end package.

Custom Color-Matched Brake Calipers & Engine Cover

Protection was only part of this BMW M2 project. All four brake calipers received preparation and paint in a color matched to the vehicle’s body, creating a cohesive appearance rather than introducing an unrelated accent color.

The engine cover was also customized with a body-color match, adding another personalized detail beneath the hood.
