GENERAL TERMS – This is an estimation of work to be completed by walk-around evaluation and is not binding if vehicle conditions change prior to scheduled appointment. Completion date is an estimation and not a guarantee of delivery by a certain time. This estimate may also change based on inspection immediately prior to start of repairs and if so, will be discussed with customer prior to beginning work. By signing/authorizing an approval, you are hereby authorizing the installation of the above specified parts or services. Vehicle owners have 90 days from delivery to pick up any factory or aftermarket parts that were removed for any reason during the services provided, after which any parts or equipment remaining at iXexotics facility will be surrendered to iXexotics with no financial recourse due to signer. Signer also hereby agrees that iXexotics will not be held responsible for damage to vehicle’s paint, trim, or lights caused by the installation of the above specified service, or the removal of existing products. Payment is expected upon completion of work prior to vehicle delivery unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing ahead of time.

Remove Personal Items – Please remove all personal items prior to your appointment. Although we will take the utmost care with anything left inside your vehicle, we cannot be held responsible for any personal items left behind.

Creative Release – By signing this form you give permission iXexotics to photo/video the vehicle in any form to be used commercially or for marketing/branding purposes. Any photo or video taken are the sole creative property of iXexotics LLC.

Pre-existing Defects – By signing this Vehicle Inspection form the customer acknowledges the damage/defects identified
and marked within as pre-existing and does not hold the iXexotics responsible.

Warranty/Refund Policy – By signing this services agreement the customer acknowledges a no-refund policy on approved and completed work. If unsatisfied for any reason, it is agreed that the vehicle must be brought back within 14 days to iXexotics for remedy of agreed issues. If the customer, or any third party, attempts repair, diagnosis, removal, or evaluation without prior written consent by iXexotics LLC then any warranty, refund and all claims or reimbursement against iXexotics LLC shall be forfeited in full. Failure to comply with any of these terms is an agreement of forfeiture of any type of reimbursement or refund and full release of any liability claim against iXexotics.
